Authorization and available methods
An order is processed only after successful payment authorization. The real methods available for a purchase are the options shown at checkout. Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification, and customers must provide accurate billing information.
Review and payment issues
A high-risk, incomplete, or unverifiable transaction may be delayed or cancelled. We do not store complete card numbers on this page. A failed payment, decline, chargeback, dispute, authorization hold, or exchange-rate question is usually handled by the card issuer or payment provider.
Refund route
An approved refund is normally sent back to the original payment method.
