Returns and exchanges
We accept returns of defective and non-defective merchandise and also accept exchanges. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or selecting the wrong item. Eligible goods must be new, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by original packaging, tags, and included accessories.
Thirty-day request period
Submit a request within 30 days after delivery with the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, a defect, wrong merchandise, a missing part, or a material difference from the description, also provide photos or video of the item and packaging.
Mail return terms
Returns are completed by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an unauthorized return; approval and return instructions are required first. Exchanges depend on current inventory.
Refund timing
Once approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the credit.
